Everybody has Something
They say that to appreciate life, you should learn to count your blessings instead of wondering why you don’t have what others have. To do this, you have to bear in mind that no one will have absolutely everything they want but everyone in this world has something. Something that they should make the most of and something that God granted for a purpose. And this is why I am thankful for…
My babies. For them, I had to lose my old me. I had to grow up fast, be more mature, and be an independent woman who could take on the world. And I am thankful for that. I cannot deny that it is really stressful to have three toddlers running around the house and messing up everything but despite all the pressures of mommyhood, I know that through them, I have found a purpose in life.
Being a stay-at-home mom. Before I became a mom, I have never really wanted to stay at home and lose an office job. However, because of many unexpected circumstances, I had to quit my office job and stay at home. I cannot deny that I do not miss the traffic, the daily travels, the presence of other working people around me, and wearing skirts and fancy blouses. However, my stay at home has been quite fruitful.
Because I stay at home, I can watch my kids grow and see to it that they learn what they should and that they will grow close to their mommy.
Because I decided to stay at home, I got a good homebased job with a flexi sched that allows me to work as I please.
Because I stay at home, I blog and doing so gives me the chance to meet new friends, have an online social circle, win very nice gadgets and cash prizes, learn much, and earn too. Blogging also keeps me sane and it gives me the chance to express myself – and do what I love – to write.
